How much should I expect to invest in Gym Sisters Personal Training program?

Instead of thinking about it costing how much, try to think of it as investing in your health. You can expect to invest around RM1,000-RM1,300 per month.

If you want to try out our Personal Training program before committing long term, you can always go with our Kickstarter(RM630). Our Kickstarter allows you to experience what it's like to dive deep into your current health and fitness baseline while having a professional Coach guiding your every session.

How long does it take to achieve my health and fitness goals?

With our proven track record of delivering results, you can expect to see improvements within 4-6 weeks.

You will feel stronger, more energetic and ready to show up every single time!

I have aches and pains or health issues, is your program suitable for me?

Many of our clients have not only overcome aches and pains but have also amazed their doctors with improvements in joint mobility, strength, and overall health markers, including cases of diabetes and high blood pressure.

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Our female-focused personal training programs are designed to accommodate pre-existing conditions, past injuries, and mobility limitations, ensuring that you train safely and effectively.

Before starting, we recommend getting a green light from your doctor, especially if you have medical concerns.

I have no fitness experience, can I join your coaching program?

Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, including total beginners. If you’ve never worked out before, don’t worry, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

We focus on proper form, injury prevention, and building confidence, so you’ll never feel lost or out of place.

That’s the perk of having one-on-one Personal Training, everything will be personalized to you. Your coach will adjust the workouts based on your fitness level, goals, and any limitations you may have, so you can progress safely and effectively.

I prefer working out in a group, does Gym Sisters have Group class?

Yes, we do! But unlike most gyms that offer Zumba or HIIT-based group classes, our Private Group Training (PGT) program is built around resistance training, helping you build muscle, gain strength, and improve overall fitness in a structured and effective way.

Our expert-designed PGT programming ensures that you’re not just sweating, but actually getting stronger, improving movement quality, and seeing real progress. Plus, you’ll still enjoy the motivation and energy of working out in a supportive, small-group setting.

For convenience, you can download our app to purchase credits and book your sessions easily! Our PGT classes run daily at 9 AM and 8 PM, except on Wednesdays and Sundays.

What if I don't get results after joining Gym Sisters Personal Training program?

Is there walk ins for Gym Sisters?

No, we do not cater to walk-ins, and that’s one of our biggest differentiators. We prioritize privacy, exclusivity, and a focused training environment, ensuring that every client gets a personalized and uninterrupted experience.

Unlike crowded gyms where you have to wait for equipment or squeeze into shared spaces, our private studio setting allows you to train comfortably and efficiently. This also helps us maintain a clean, quiet, and hygienic environment, so you can focus on your workout without distractions.

We've built Gym Sisters to be a space between work and home, a place where you can truly be yourself and work on yourself. Our priority is your results, not just renting out gym space. Every session is designed to give you the best experience with your coach.
